PANTRY TEAM MEMBER - Part Time

Job Description

The position will support Iron Gate's mission by helping with the food pantry program. Sorting, restocking, packing, and distributing pantry items. This position works directly with volunteers. Help operations team with grocery pick-ups as needed—other duties as assigned.

This is a part-time, temporary, non-exempt position with the option to become full-time. Weekend and occasional evening work required.

• Reliable transportation

• Valid Driver’s License

Work Environment:

Physical Demands:

Education and Experience:

Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent with three years of related experience

Operations Team Member

Job Description
The position will support Iron Gate's mission by helping with the operations of Iron Gate. Serving and monitoring guests during the community meal, cleaning the premises (indoor and outdoor), driving to pick up food from designated distributors, sorting, and organizing food and pallets. Other duties may include: helping with pantry distribution, intaking food donations.
